Our PRimary fund-raiser

NEWBURGH FIDDLER FEST

  1. 2010 - Anne Aurand, R. Thomas Bodkin and Byron Sherman create Friends of Newburgh, Inc.
  2. 2010 -Friends of Newburgh hosted the 30th annual Newburgh Fiddler Fest
  3. 2011 - Friends of Newburgh creates a new event called Newburgh Peeps Show.
  4. 2013 -Friends of Newburgh surpasses the $20,000 mark in charitable giving.
     

ORGANIZATION History

The Newburgh Fiddler Fest has long been a staple of our community.  It brings hundreds of people to town over the 3 day period of the festival.  We help other non-profits earn money for their charitable purpose by providing a venue where they can sell their food, solicit donations or just raise awareness for their cause.

OTHER FUND-RAISING ACTIVITES

In order to add to the available monies needed to provide for the various charitable projects and organizations and around Newburgh, Friends of Newburgh will sell hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, chips and drink during the annual Newburgh Fourth of July celebration and we also sell sweets, coffee and hot chocolate during the annual Newburgh Celebrates Christmas.  Please watch for other fund-raising activites around town.
